Warning: I have not been on DA in forever. I am currently in the process of revamping everything. I have two accounts: This one for art and the second for cosplay stuff.

Devious Info

  • Favourite movie: léon.american beauty.eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.miller's crossing.dogville.
  • Favourite genre of music: anything.everything
  • Favourite photographer: sally mann. francesca woodman. jan saudek. & many more.
  • Personal Quote: what would men be without women? scarce, sir, mighty scarce.
so.  apparently nude modeling is prostitution.  who knew.

oh, and?  anything nude in art is pornography, regardless of intent.  because guess what?  it's not subjective.  that's right kiddos.  don't bother trying to adjust your televisions.  life really is this black and white. (better invest in a decent pair of shades lest the contrast set you off on a series of migraines)

it's sort of a bummer how tied together we are, isn't it?  i mean, it's just pretty lame that we all have to look to one another to make certain that our own views of morality and reality are in agreement.  sort of tiresome, don't you think?  and did you know that your every action is of grave importance? no, really! because didn't you know that you can't just live your life for yourself? oh, no. the whole world is on your shoulders and whatever you do could damage all of humanity.  i mean, can you imagine what might happen if you did something that caused someone else to think something?

when you get right down to it, the world is a pretty small place.  it's only natural that what you say and do should be agreeable. i mean, what would the state of the world be if we all went around being forced to question ourselves all the time.  ultimately, all art is shamefully indecent.  except for those pictures of kittens, ducks, and small doe-eyed children. those go rather nicely with the décor.  being a wallflower is about the most honorable thing a person can be.

well, i don't know about you but i take solace in the idea of an afterlife.  placation is, after-all, the key to a good, sin-free life. i hear that heaven's a pretty comfy place.  clouds and whatnot.  you could just about fall asleep for all eternity in a bed made of clouds.

you shouldn't come back til the 18th. that's the day that returning students register. and classes begin on the 19th. They aren't gonna give you much time to get settled in I see.

I see you got your answer! :) I seriously thought that it was the 17th...they sent a letter. :( How disappointing. No, that doesn't leave much time to unpack or anything. Bleh.

As for the running thing, I'll try to keep up. Lol. ^^; It'll make me push myself at least.

Mandi is but she might switch with Lauren, since Lauren is going to room with Corinne and Mandi knows Corinne better than she knows me. Guess we'll see. :)

Yes! I was ready to get back to school at the end of last semester! ^_^ I love camping too, though we didn't do much hiking this time. :( Btw, where'd you find your crit theory book and how much was it? I looked in a couple of places and they didn't seem to have it. I hope I can afford this school year. 0.0 Still haven't been able to find anyone who's hiring. Bleh.
